RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed clothing (and shoes) with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase for Paisley & Park store credit only. All accessories, jewelry, intimates and leg wear items are final sale only. With this is mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have up front.

  • Sale items purchased, including items purchased with discount code, are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Item(s) must be returned with their original packaging and tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 30% restock fee.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
  • We do not accept returns on jewelry, accessories, intimates, legwear or sale items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive an incorrect shipment or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition.

Paisley & Park promises to take your customer experience seriously and try to provide any information necessary to make your purchase a stress free experience.  Please contact us with any questions before making the purchase.

Customer Service & Policies:

SALES TAX | We charge local sales taxes only in our beautiful mountain state of Colorado.

ORDER CHARGES | In order to get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item (see backorders below) and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses.  (Make sure your address is correct with our delivery provider USPS)  Please review your order carefully before submitting your order (then feel free to celebrate your new find)!

BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. On items we know are being restocked shortly, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you as soon as possible; if it will be on backorder longer than two weeks, we can issue a refund.


SHIPPING | We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped. So please rest easy that your order is on its way. Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours (business) to process. We cannot refund for expedited shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 48 hour processing time. Our local post office is closed on the weekend, so our shipping center is as well. This means all orders placed late Friday and on the weekends will not ship out until the following week. We only ship during the shipping centers business hours, which are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).  

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS | Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 5-12 business days. Please note we cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Once your international package has shipped, you’ll receive an ID number. This is NOT a tracking number, but a parcel number that often shows as being in Denver, CO, even when it’s well on its way to you.  If you’d like a tracking ID, we can ship via FedEx or UPS, however shipping costs will increase considerably.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + CODES | We will on occasion run flash sales, who doesn't love a fun sale? Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.
